If you thought Sturgill Simpson was full of surprises, you ain’t seen nothin yet.
Next month, September 27 specifically, the country music radical will release his fourth studio album and a new anime film for Netflix. Seriously. Both are titled Sound & Fury, and you better believe they’re gonna blow your socks off.
To give a taste of both projects, Sturg just dropped the ZZ Top-inspired lead single, “Sing Along,” with its accompanying music video/film scene, where a modern-day samurai driving a souped up Dodge Charger faces off against a demonic runaway train.
